Eyla Moore
Ms. Eyla Moore holds a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State University (2008). She was a Teaching Assistant during her undergraduate program, and since her graduation was hired as Teaching Assistant to Professor Albirda Rose at S.F. State. She has performed internationally and locally with various companies of many different styles including Afro-Peruvian, Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Haitian and Modern. Her major dance awards are: Isadora Duncan Dance Award (2011), and the Title of Queen of S.F. Carnaval (2011).
Eyla Moore became a Certified Instructor in 2012, and for the last seven years has studied under many Certified and Master Dunham Instructors in the Bay Area as well as at the Annual Dunham Technique Certification Workshop and Dunham Seminar in the St. Louis, MO area.
She currently teaches Dunham Technique at ODC San Francisco. She has been a sought-after dance instructor in many Bay Area studios, including Berkeley’s oldest modern dance studio, Shawl-Anderson and SF’s Rhythm and Motion Dance Center.
